What You’ll Be Doing

Field Maintenance: Basic equipment servicing and troubleshooting to keep the fleet moving.

Logistics: Assisting with equipment moves between stops and ensuring grain is transported safely to the elevator.

Teamwork: Working closely with a tight-knit crew to meet tight weather windows and harvest deadlines.
What We’re Looking For

Work Ethic: Ability to handle 12+ hour days during peak season.

Experience: Previous farm experience or heavy machinery operation is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a “can-do” attitude.

License: Valid driver’s license, Forklift (CDL preferred, or willingness to obtain a harvest permit).

Character: Positive attitude, adaptability to changing weather/schedules, and a team-first mindset.
