The Experience

Are you ready to see the heart of American agriculture from the cab of a combine? We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our 2026 Harvest Crew. This isn’t just a job; it’s a season of long days, rewarding work, and the unique experience of following the “Great Wine Run” across the Great Plains.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Field Maintenance: Basic equipment servicing and troubleshooting to keep the fleet moving.

• Logistics: Assisting with equipment moves between stops and ensuring grain is transported safely to the elevator.

• Teamwork: Working closely with a tight-knit crew to meet tight weather windows and harvest deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• Work Ethic: Ability to handle 12+ hour days during peak season.

• Experience: Previous farm experience or heavy machinery operation is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a “can-do” attitude.

• License: Valid driver’s license, Forklift (CDL preferred, or willingness to obtain a harvest permit).

• Character: Positive attitude, adaptability to changing weather/schedules, and a team-first mindset.
